应6163银河线路检测中心杨畅博士的邀请,法国里昻第一大学Leon Matar Tine副教授将于4月9日至25日访问6163银河线路检测中心并做系列讲座,欢迎老师和同学与其讨论交流。Tine副教授从事生物数学的研究工作,特别是在流行病的治疗研究中做出了诸多贡献,其主要成果发表在Journal of Mathematical Biology,DCDS-B等国际期刊上。

摘要:In this first course, we will revised some basic tools related to the analysis of differential equations. Lot of models arising in
chemistry or in population dynamics (like epidemiology) are based on this kind of equations. So, along this first course we revise:
lWhat is called a solution for a differential equation
lNecessary conditions for the existence of solution
lWhat about uniqueness the solution: Cachy-Lipschitz theorem (we will recall the Gronwall lemma and its proof)
lWhat about global solution for a differential equation
lStability analysis of Cauchy problem

lpresent the mathematical approach to define the Basic Reproduction Number for a general epidemiological model
lanalyse the existence of healthy equilibrium state for the disease. Likewise we will analyse existence of epidemic equilibrium state.

lshow how to take into account the space for an epidemiology model
