报告题目:Wave scattering and inverse scattering in a multilayered medium
摘要: Scattering from the targets embedded in a multilayered medium has attracted much interest during recent years for extensive applications, such as sea radar target detection and underwater radar surveillance. Over the past few decades, the scattering of electromagnetic waves by various composite targets has been investigated extensively by many researchers. We consider the scattering from 3D core-shell structures in a two-layered lossy medium with an interface by the boundary integral equation method in this talk. We present a novel boundary integral equation formulation with difference type integral kernels for the scattering problem that the singularity of the integral kernel is reduced. It leads to a well-posed integral operator system, as well as provides a convenience for numerical calculation. We prove the well-posedness of the scattering problem with the variational method, integral equation, and operator theory. Furthermore, we study the numerical solution for the integral equation.
报告人简介:张磊,现任浙江工业大学数学系教授,博士生导师。研究方向是数学物理反问题,目前关注复杂介质散射和复合反散射的数学理论及计算方法。先后主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目等多项科研项目。在IP,SIIMS,JDE,JCP 等期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,曾获第八届(2016)全国反问题年会“优秀青年学术奖”,获黑龙江省数学会第三届(2020)优秀青年学术奖。
